Green Grapefruit Villa

The location and the villa itself was actually good.

However, there are bugs at night and some knocking on my door at 2-4am. The staff cannot understand english. Before checking in, i informed ahead that I will be checking in early and the owner acknowledge and said I could but on the day that I checked in, the owner tried to sell tours and offer to go to her sisters shop which took more than an hour, and I was exhausted from my flight on that day. The host was a bit pushy

La struttura è carina e la proprietaria gentile. Le stanze sono molto umide e si sente odore di muffa

Struttura pulita e ben tenuta. Camere ampie e spaziose. Ottima la posizione e buona la colazione.

Instalaciones muy limpias y buena ubicación.

Mucho ruido por la noche, nuestra habitación daba a la piscina y había gente de fiesta. Tuvimos un problema con la lavandería. Dos camisetas blancas nos las devolvieron rosas y a pesar de que intentaron blanquearlas no lo han podido solucionar.

Ci hanno fatto vedere 2 camere ed abbiamo scelto quella che ci piaceva di più . Soluzione molto confortevole fronte piscina, bagno grande e angolo cucina. Piscina pulita ed é una meraviglia fare un tuffo alla sera. Colazione a richiesta la sera prima . Abbiamo dovuto fare qualche commissione e ci hanno prestato le bici gratuitamente. Proprietaria molto gentile, ma un particolare ringraziamento ad Hau, che ci ha aiutato in ogni modo , sempre disponibile e paziente a fronte del nostro pessimo inglese. Grazie ancora x l'ottimo soggiorno. L'albero è leggermente fuori dal centro, ma con le bici o con una passeggiata di 15 minuti si arriva in old town

Forse qualche gruccia in più nell'armadio per poter appendere le cose

We had a beautiful time at Green Grapefruit villa! We stayed for 3 nights. The manager was extremely kind and welcoming, she helped us with recommendations and she prepared amazing breakfasts! She even organized the transfer to our next destination - Hue. We loved starting the day with an amazing breakfast and exploring Hoi an. The city is beautiful. We enjoyed evenings in the pool, it was very relaxing. The rooms are perfect, clean, they have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The AC in the room made it very easy to rest a bit from the heat outside. We absolutely recommend this accommodation and we cannot wait to return ! Kaja, Luca, Leonardo and Victor
