Villa Kapnisi

Location, were and chickens around were beautiful :) A lot of restaurants and beaches nearby. Good clean room, amazing host Larisa, who helped us to know more about Vasilikos. Thanks for amazing time spent there!

Wi-Fi could be better in peak time

We agreed an arrival time in the evening, but we were much later and this wasn’t an issue. The hosts were lovely and responded very quickly to my query in the morning. The apartment was well cleaned/made up daily, and our stay was very comfortable. The location is quiet, with a great view out to sea from the patio and is near Gerakas beach. I recommend a hire car to explore further afield.

My query was regarding a lack of hot water, which was promptly fixed. In my opinion, the apartment could benefit from redecoration. The appearance and facilities are dated; the bathroom is a wet room, which is not my preference; and the kitchen has a very small sink and very few utensil/cutlery options.

The perfect place if you’re looking for a calm and beautiful spot close to some of the island’s best beaches. We spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Kapnisi and enjoyed every moment-it truly felt like our own summer home. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel more like family than guests. Both we and our kids felt completely at ease. Thank you for making our holiday so relaxing and pleasant. We would happily come back and can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Kapnisi to anyone!
