The villa is located in a good area, with lots of tavernas and beautiful beaches. The rooms are cleaned daily.

The mosquitoes are a serious and very unpleasant issue. Also, some new terrace chairs would be great because the current ones are in a bad shape.

Friendliness of the hosts including Larisa who would go out of her way. The provision/ use of beach accessories eg available umbrellas, mats, racquets etc The enclosed property - providing both privacy and safety

We were looking for quiet area accessible by car and the location was perfect. There's nothing we can say we didn't like.

Everything is as described. The location of the property is very good. Close to the best beaches in zakynthos( banana beach, noe beach, Saint Nicholas/ammos beach). Everyday we had our room cleaned and the towels changed every 3days. The person I charge is very helpful and you get a small guide of the island. Definitely a great value for money. Highly recommend.

It is perfectly located. The walking distance to three different beaches: 1. Quiet Porto Roma in 10 min, 2. Amazing Gerakas in 15 min, 3. Lively St. Nikolas. Even you don't use a car/ shuttle you can get here easily by bus from Zakynthos. The apartment is well equipped for staying.

The property is located in the southernmost part of Zakynthos. South is also where the sandy beaches are - which means if you like endless sand and shallow waters, Vasilikos is a good choice, especially if you favor quiet over busy areas. If we had to do it again, we'd probably split our stay between Vasilikos and some other part north of the main port for easier access to the northern beaches and places of interest. The room was cleaned daily, and sheets and towels changed every 2nd day - a really pleasant experience. There was a big (if rickety) closet that fit all of our clothes, and a small kitchen (no oven, but water could be boiled). There were also shaded parking spots available inside the property under the olive trees which was nice. The hostess was polite and discreet and allowed us to have our pet with us (a hamster) despite the no-pets-allowed policy. There were also books and other stuff available outside the building for all guests to use (probably stuff left behind from previous guests).

There were some minor annoyances with our room that could make future stays more pleasant if addressed - the air-conditioning unit was inadequate, despite the room's rather small size - there were no bug-screens on the windows, even though the place was full of mosquitoes. - the shower curtain was a bit moldy at the bottom and made accessing the shower area a bit harder than it had to be. A more permanent glass divider or similar would look better and prevent as much water escaping into the rest of the bathroom
