Villa Kapnisi

Property is located in a quiet area, easily accessable with a car. Rooms are well equiped and the beds were very comfy. Housekeeping lady was very helpful, gave us a lot of tips on where to eat, what to do, where to go. She even recommenden a very professional masseuse in zakynthos town! ☺️

The room was great with nice balcony and a great view and fragrances from the flower bushes around the villa.Both Pigi and Larissa are very helpful, giving you lots of info with the things to enjoy in the island.Definetely, a place I will come back:)

I came late night and left early morning so I couldn’t full enjoy sitting on balcony in the garden with flowers which smells spreading around. Area is so peaceful, sleeping was good, tavernas around excellent, and beach perfect.

Lovely quiet location (no other properties nearby) only a 7 minute walk to the Porto Roma beach and 12 minutes to the bakery and supermarkets. There was also a supermarket just 3 minutes away but it had closed when we were there in mid September. The owner, Pigi, was really friendly and Larissa was a super helpful cleaner who asked us to let her know if we needed anything. The beds were very comfortable too :) Very good value for money.

Just would have been nice to have a wall mounted shower instead of held hand but this is minor!

We liked that it was always clean (regular changing of bedsheets and towels, clean floors etc.) Very big and comfortable bed, free air-conditioning and good choice of relatively close beaches that are easy to get to.
