The situation of the property was excellent, the sofa bed was comfortable. The outside courtyard space was good.

The twin room beds were only suitable for children, not at all comfortable for adults, the double bed was comfortable but there was no hanging space for clothes, not even a chest of drawers . The outside courtyard was great but hadn't been cleaned for some time, full of cigarette butt's.

The location was excellent, close to restaurants and the beach front. Another plus was the parking space next to the house. It was very cosy and warm. There was an outside area with a table and chairs for use in warmer weather.

There were dirty plates in the dishwasher on arrival. There was a table to eat at but only one chair. We were unable to use it as there were two of us.

Property needs a deep clean! The property was clean in the sense of it being hoovered but that’s where it stopped. Mold all around windows not even a little bit. Bathroom shower head covered in limescale and mold cracks in the ceiling in the bathroom with mold, radiators thick in dust definitely not cleaned in a while. Kettle had chunks of limescale falling out of it the utensils in the kitchen were dirty the masher still had old mash potatoes in it. Double bed that’s downstairs even when up kept falling down during the night and it’s hard as anything. Double bed is not in the big room as shown in photos it in the small room where the picture show 2x single beds so not enough room for a couple with suitcases cause there’s only just room to walk around the bed.

A great little place for a base if staying in Worthing, a cosy cottage in a quiet road ,with your own parking bay, walking distance to the seafront and town. Ideal for 4 guests.
