The Amble Inn - The Inn Collection Group

Terrible sound proofing - little sleep. We put our child to bed at 8pm, but were woken up by people next door and children shouting/banging after midnight. When their kids did eventually go to sleep, we could still hear pretty much the entire conversations of the adults next door. I finally got to sleep just before 2am, then woken up again at 7am. The loud noise was partly due to those stupid joining doors some rooms have. But also the room headboards must be back-to-back. The pipes and shower are also noisy, always pleasant to hear someone taking a poop next door! Aside from this whinge, nice hotel, staff and food. But sadly I won't use again.

Comfortable room, easy access. Good choice of meals, good price, generous servings & well presented. A good base for desired visits.

The room was fine, spacious and clean. The hotel is a bit of a walk into the main street / town centre, approx 20mins. We ate in the restaurant on the night and were disappointed. The food we were served was luke warm at best and the chips on the side were actually cold. Not impressed.

Incredible dog friendly hotel with on site restaurant. The room with an external door was ideal for letting the dog out easily. Very clean and lovely place.

Nice and clean hotel. Perfect location and walking distance into amble. Decent food when we ate in the hotel on sat night although a few items had run out. Breakfast was buffet style but decent choice. Great place to stay if you have a dog with ground floor rooms with outside access.Mattress very hard but would stay again.

We had a great one night stay at the Amble Inn. The hotel location was perfect for our needs. The 5*** rating I gave is absolutely true as the hotel is immaculate, the attached pub is great and the staff are so pleasant and welcoming. Well Done all. So much so…. We intend to stay again when our needs require to.

Lovely hotel, welcoming warm cosy and chrismassy. Lovely staff, food was very good. Buffet breakfast fab, what's not to like!
