USA few major pluses to this hotel.. First- service was fantastic! They send you a welcome letter giving you everything you need to know, and Hannah who was the on-site manager, patiently helped us navigate getting more toilet paper and towels.. Gustavo was a great help at check, everyone is so friendly! Location! Location! Location! They are located so close to where everything is. They have an on-site coffee shop that also offered smoothies, breakfast items and pastries, so convenient. Try the dirty chai tea latte with soy milk! The rooms are clean, beds are so comfortable, pillows are fluffy, they have smart tvs (we weren’t in our room much but just in case!). Don’t pass this place up! We for sure will be staying here again!
Hanna and Gustavo provided fantastic customer service considering the fact that I was all over the place, they were patient and kind! Cafe was so perfectly convenient, the dirty chai latte was like a warm hug. Goose & Twigs had an overall positive and happy energy, close to all things Sister Bay! Well done Goose & Twigs! We will be back!
Very clean and within seconds stroll to water, shops, restaurants. Adorable cafe and fire pit. Comfy beds! Very nice. Will be back.
Super cute property within walking distance of the lake, shopping, and dining. Had a nice fire pit area and plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again
The property was very nice and in a wonderful area! We could walk to all the places we wanted to go! Only downside was the coffee shop was closed.
We had an awesome experience here. Rooms were very spacious, clean and modern. Room was ready early and without even checking in we got a text saying our room was ready. Location was great, walking distance to everything. It was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend.
Great toom in a great location
The room was cute and spacious. We had a little trouble figuring out the heat at first, but once we did, the temperature was good. I appreciate the location, close to several restaurants and shops. My youngest was excited about the folded swan-shaped towel in the bathroom! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
