"Travelers Take Note. "

The lobby and food areas were nice. The hallway floor carpet had many stains and looked dirty. The room AC worked but never took the humidity out of the room, making everything feel damp. I checked the AC filters, they were dirty. I washed them to avoid allergy reactions. The shower/tub had black mold on some areas. Shower head had some mold as well. I carry vinegar incase I run into these issues (mold allergy) The carpet, pillows and bed smelt old and dirty, some old stains on sheets. Not what Hampton Inns used to be like. Hotel needs to take note to details when cleaning. Was disappointed. ck

The hotel and staff were all good and fine: comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly, hot breakfast…but there was also several guests staying with children for a baseball tournament that were loud and roaming the halls making it difficult to seep so for this I can only give a review of okay.

Very helpful and friendly staff, breakfast bar/coffee and very good food truck on property! Just wish the carpet around air conditioner wasn't all wet and musty mold odor was fixed before our one night's stay.

We stay here everytime we come to the Mayo. A good continental breakfast and the free shuttle service to the hospital and back helps tremendously! Clean, quiet and convenient!
