Personnel charmant et arrangeant. Belle chambre d’hôtel. Bon emplacement.

This hotel was quite a find, have stayed here twice now and it is lovely, the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable, we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the river, the family are so friendly and helpful, they can organise things to do or transport, and walking distance to old town or they have complimentary bikes to ride around, thank you for all our great memories Anriva we will see you again I’m sure.

We had a lovely stay! The rooms are spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony. The pool was a good refreshment as it was very hot in Hoi An. The family that runs this place is friendly and makes a delicious breakfast (vegetarian options available). The bicycles were a bit old and squeaky but we could use them for free, which was very nice to explore the city and countryside.

Lo staff è stato eccezionale, pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione per visitare la città; inoltre offre gratuitamente delle biciclette che, nonostante siano un po’ datate, consentono di raggiungere tutte le attrazioni più lontane. La camera infine era accogliente e pulita. Lo consiglio!

Beautiful place with a spacious room; I especially loved the bathroom. Great location—it's within easy walking distance of the Old Town, yet still a bit quieter. The owners were truly nice.

There was loud noise from the street as there is a local restaurant nearby, and I also felt like some noise was coming from the hallway or the room across from us; therefore, I had trouble falling asleep.

A lovely couple that ran the property. The rooms were spacious, modern and recently renovated. The location was perfect within walking distance to old town and a great daily breakfast was provided. Also loved the free bikes they had on offer which allowed us to explore more of Hoi an.

Struttura piccola ma molto accogliente a gestione famigliare. Ci si sente come a casa, il loro bimbo molto simpatico. Belle camere amplie. A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Offrono biciclette e moto, oltre a convenzioni per le varie attività. Buona la colazione

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema ma è stato prontamente risolto da uno dei due proprietari.

Lovely young local family as hosts.Its always good to support people like this trying to make a living in a competitive environment.Overall I was delighted with my accomodation.The room had a splendid view over the river confluence.It was clean and comfy with a balcony to appreciate the view. It is well located about a 10 minute walk/15 minutes stroll into the Old Town but has plenty of nearer amenities!

The room where I stayed is right at the top of the property and there is no lift so please bear this in mind if mobility is an issue. The balcony could do with some comfy chairs yes it does have some but they are really not suitable for relaxing But overall no real negatives!
