Great budget hotel close to ancient town. Run by a beautiful family who were always there to assist me if required.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Room is great value for money, the bed is comfortable, the shower is warm and powerful, and the AC keeps you cool. It's within walking distance to the old town.

Had a wonderful stay in a spacious room at the top floor. The hosts were very welcoming and offered additional services for a great price. Hoi An is such an amazing place and we're so thankful for being able to experience it with such comfort. Thanks!

Two karaoke spots in the hood can be loud sometimes.

The boutique hotel feels like you are staying with family. The sweet staff went out of their way to help us feel at home and make our stay pleasant as possible from the minute we arrived to the moment we left. The two bedroom suite looks like the photos - nicely decorated and very large with two en-suite bathrooms (which is very unusual for Vietnam). The big balcony had a lovely view of the river. The location was perfect - close enough to the old Quarter but far enough from the hustle and bustle (about a 10 minute walk to the shops and cafes). Yummy breakfast is freshly cooked every morning with freshly squeezed orange juice. We loved it!

There is a karaoke bar across the river and you can hear it over the water in the early evening. We thought it was fun but for those who might want a quieter setting, it might be a problem. Besides, you can't blame the hotel for the noise - it's out of their control. The karaoke curfew is 10pm so after that it's pretty quiet.

Me encantó cogí la habitación que miraba al río era súper bonita y cómoda. Super cerca del centro andando y tienen bicicletas gratis. Me ayudaron en coger taxis….
