Hampton Inn Minneapolis/Eagan

Every staff member was helpful and cordial! The Park and Fly service to the airport was excellent ~ timely and caring. Their system was very organized and efficient! Driver even gave us a phone call to see if we were ready to be picked up. Our stay was very nice and the restaurant across the parking lot was recommended and good! We left before breakfast and we were offered a sack breakfast to go. An apple, bagel, peanut butter and jelly! Very nice stay and we’ll definitely stay again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very accommodating. It was booked after midnight so the reservation wasn’t until the next night, but the hotel staff got it worked out, so we had a place to stay for the night after or flight got canceled.

Ok shame on you Hampton Inn. I this is the third time I have stayed there in the last twelve months. Got there now to find out they are charging a double digit parking fee. It’s bad enough I the room was expensive went up from last time. It’s not a great room but nice. The parking lot is in terrible shape. Wonder where the money is going think it’s just another hidden fee. I looked you really have to did to find that you will pay to park. The lady was at the desk was great when she informed me of the charge. She did wave it this time. But there will be no next time. With all the taxes and now parking fees the room goes to a lower triple digit room that is just a basic room. I travel 14-15 weeks out of the year. A place in Bloomington started this last year. I used to stay there four weeks out of the year. Actually found nicer and Cheeper now will do the same here

The staff was exemplary, even offering to pay for an Uber since their van doesn’t run late enough to pick up after the ballgame, and were concerned because our mother was in a wheelchair.

I appreciate that the facility is clean and neat even the parking lot. It was pleasant to have an outside area where we could sit. It was all very well kept. The staff was friendly and polite. They greeted us upon enter, asked if there was anything we needed.

Very friendly front desk and people helping make the reservation. They solved our needs for staying there , parking, and getting shuttled to the airport for a very early morning flight. And above that she recommended a nearby restaurant that had excellent food and service.

It worked for me as I had an early a.m. flight after a long drive
