"Perfect location "

The location is perfect. The bed was almost too soft and rolled down on the outer edges but it was a comfortable enough stay. The noise from outside the room was most intolerable. Banging doors and commotion at 515 am is hard to miss.

Frequent traveler here. Like usually close to 100 nights a year in hotels. Hilton Diamond member, so I’m brand loyal whenever possible. If I’m back in Champaign I’ll give another brand my money. Things we let them know when we checked out: 1. The one bed smelled STRONGLY of vomit 2. The floor was grimy and the whole room smelled bad. 3. Noticeable mold around shower and the wall in the bathroom the drywall was severely damaged. 4. Shower door handle was literally falling halfway off. 5. The air conditioning unit made a LOUD squeal when on. I get an aged hotel. What I don’t get is flat out dirty. The topper was the response we got when checking out. No “sorry for the inconvenience” or even just “sorry”. Just an “oh, I’ll let maintenance know”. Reading through other reviews, this isn’t a one off bad room at this hotel. This is consistent. Do better Hampton.
