Older hotel but staff and management were nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good. A couple times I had to wait a while at the front desk for someone to help me with questions. There just wasn’t anyone there or a way to find someone or tell them I was out there waiting. Maybe a bell would help? We would definitely stay here again though.

The location near the University of Illinois was great. The breakfast surpassed most Hampton Inn breakfasts we have experienced. Nice Lobby.

We have stayed in Hampton Inns all over the country. This is the first Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in that did NOT have an in room refrigerator. The pool was being repaired. Ice machine in disrepair on our floor.

The hotel is nice with clean well maintained room. Breakfast is decent. Location was convenient for us. Had to pay a premium price for rooms as we were there during busy commencement week. Otherwise happy with our stay.
