Very noisy. My daughter competed at the swimming championship held at Ponds Forge and me driving very far expected to be able to sleep without being waked by people talking, multiple times throughout the early morning hours. First night started at just after 2 am. People in the apartment above us were also moving around loudly, after midnight. Loud enough to wake us both.

Clean and comfortable appt. Great location, within walking distance to the city sights and Kelham Island. Well equipped for a self catering appt, Good communication with hosts and they were quick to respond to queries and happy to resolve them.

Couch could be more comfortable, and more lighting in living room area would be good.
