Very clean tidy apartment with everything you need for time away from home ... it was in ideal location for bars and places to eat out but without being disturbed by the noise of it all would definetly stay again and would recommend to family and friends .

Location is city center, room is big, facilities are good, value for money

We booked Homely Serviced Apt Figtree but was instead told to go to another apartment in another street nearby. The notification came last minute on the day of arrival. We took a taxi to the original location, only to find out the apt we booked was not available. I called the host and then only realised they had sent me an email that day about change of address. Ended up we had to lug our heavy suitcases and walk to the other apt. How can the apartment be unavailable when it is confirmed and fully paid?

The city centre location was excellent, the apartment was clean, well appointed and modern. There was a small issue with a tap but staff were on hand and very quickly attended the property and fixed the problem. Check in/out was easy and instructions were clear. There were some thoughtful extras such as airer for clothes and coffee maker. The flat was warm and cosy, modern and very clean. Access to the flat was via code which was very convenient with no concerns about collection or return of a key.

The apartment was on the ground floor and windows looked on to the small side street and the alley to the side of the building. Generally the flat was a little lacking in natural light and there was some street noise especially at the weekend.

The location was good, really central and near a few multi-storey car parks. The décor was tasteful and it was nice and warm with electric heaters you can turn off and on to suit you. Good internet and TV. I got a quick response when I called about an issue with the oven.

There was a malfunction with the oven (although they did send over someone to fix it promptly when I raised the issue). The pedal bin in the kitchen should also be replaced as the pedal is broken. The process of booking is a bit more complex than with some places I've stayed, with identity checks and a £250 deposit required. But it all worked out in the end.
