Residence Inn by Marriott San Antonio Downtown Market Square

Having 2 rooms was great for us. The first floor location was also great for us.

Awesome loved it enjoyed my stay !! Staff was awesome , room was awesome clean and comfy , shuttle bus was so convenient for us loved it , breakfast was great 👍🏽!! Overall a 10 + best stay I’ve had from all vacation trips I’ve had to San Antonio!!!

The light skinned guy, he said his name was Chris checked me in and his customer service was horrible. I walked he and went to the counter with him just starring with no greeting. I stood there for 2 minutes before I said hello and asked what was needed to check in. He then asked me if I knew Donald and I’m like who, no I don’t. He threw out a random zip code and I said what’s that and he said your zip code so I told him that was wrong and gave him the right one. I then asked for late check out and he said I don’t qualify for that. His customer service was truly horrible. Our room has dirty pillows, pillowcases and a bed comforter that had blood on it, by the time we found this out it was 2am. The bed is advertised as a queen but it a full size, it’s barely big enough to 2 people comfortably and the tv said welcome Maria which was the pervious persons name not mine. I wouldn’t come back here

Breakfast, could have been better. Flavored Coffee creamer would be nice.

Staff was super nice. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was lovely. They did not have a net for the pickleball court which was a big reason we chose this hotel. The breakfast was good and the lobby was a good place for us to rally at. Loved riding the scooters to the market square and river walk.

The front desk guy at night made us feel at home. He was very helpful and friendly! The stay there was very good.

A nice stay

Week- long trip with family of 6 to San Antonio. Front Desk staff & shuttle staff were extremely helpful and courteous to our group. The transportation to/from the airport is a great convenience. The shuttle to/from the Market Square & Rivercenter Mall was used daily with my elderly mother's mobility cart. Wonderful stay & we will return!!
