Cockroaches and mice feces on and under the bed weren't even the worst part. At 1:00 a.m. a man obviously high on drugs crashed through the window leaving flesh and blood everywhere. He ended up in the bathroom as we exited to the room. We called the police that he was carted away in an ambulance. 2 hours later we were able to enter the room and collect our belongings. It looked like a murder scene. This is not an exaggeration or an embellishment. It was absolutely disgusting. This property should be closed. For 3 days I tried to reach someone to get reimbursed and was constantly told the manager wasn't available and that I was not allowed to have his name. Finally booking.com credited my credit card. Hands down, the worst situation I have ever been in at a hotel/motel

This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had in over 40 years of renting rooms. From the very beginning, the situation was unacceptable: The room key did not work, forcing me to return and reset it. On the way to my room, I was stopped by someone offering prostitution services, and I also witnessed individuals openly trying to sell drugs. When I entered the room, I was met with a foul odor, dirty conditions, and clear signs that it had not been cleaned. The blankets looked unwashed, the towels were old and worn, and I even saw cockroaches inside. The TV remote control did not work. To make matters worse, shortly after arriving, a woman knocked on my door, making the situation feel unsafe and completely unprofessional. At that point, I immediately gathered my belongings and left with my son, who was supposed to attend a concert with me. Instead of enjoying our time, we were put through stress, discomfort, and an unsafe environment. This was not only a total failure to provide acceptable accommodations, but also a deeply distressing and unsafe experience for me and my family. I am demanding a full refund immediately due to the unsafe, unsanitary, and unacceptable conditions. Anything less would be completely unfair given the circumstances. I didn't participate in any breakfast. Location was ideal for me. The event was close to Inn.
