Travel Inn Motel

The only thing I enjoyed was leaving. If I could get my money back I would appreciate it. The overall facility is for lack of words Delapitated , Rundown, & should not be operating.

First impression was a room with a front door that looked like it was broke into multiple time . The room stunk heavily of smoke until we aired it out when I asked for no smoking. The carpet was a mess as if they never once used a Carpet Cleaner. The beds sheets and blankets had visible holes all on the side facing down. The Sings countertop was falling apart as if someone body slammed it. The bathroom door's Handel was broken off and hanging in it's socket. Each night we were plagued by loud verbal arguments in the hall way from what seem to be long term guests. To top it all off it looks like someone stole the batteries for the TV remote. Also only 1 of the two AC units were functional so only the bed closest to that ac was a reasonable temperature. Also the key card insert had the words open up etched into it with a knife or sharp object

The bed had a bad smell, the sheets full of hair, apparently they don't clean and the door didn't close

easy walking distance to xfininity theater; fast food restaurant near by; gas station has shop with convenience items

I urge the staff to have on hand some small shampoo bottles. If anyone asks, hand them out if the client is respectful and doesn't behave in an entitled manner. Leave a note that a plug for the bathtub can be borrowed from the main office.
