Location was perfect for me visiting friends and outside of the clean air zone for my car

The tap had pink and black mould dripping from it so I had to go out and buy water. Thankfully there's an Aldi right outside

Everything else. About the rooms. Pictures may have been taken years ago as it is completely different and decadent. They inform about the noise from the pub (understandable) but not about the smell, dirt and damp. Bedframe dirty, damp on walls, mould in shower, dirty walls from a fluid that they say is an historic leak but looks something different that you can't avoid to rub when going to bed. Given that this is an "historic" leak, this might have been mentioned and shown on their advert if they don't want to fix it for any reason, relying that this poses no other threat than aesthetics. Misleading marketing from my point of view. We left the room 15 min after checking as we were shocked. They were kind enough to refund for the second night only.

Locations great, the staff are lovely, the pub downstairs is really nice. The room is great everything you need, the 24 hour access worked well. The shower room is a little tight, but it is an old building so Im not suprised.

Rooms very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for heading into Bristol.

Very warm with a comfy bed.

Steps up need better lighting. 2 cups would have been nice to use with the kettle.

Good location for my visit to my dad's in hanham & to go to watch Bristol Rovers

No heating in room, had to cacoon myself in the duvet to keep warm.
