Carpets dirty wallpaper hanging off the wall bathroon door didn't close fully some of the lighting wasn't working, bathroom skirting hanging off, security bolt on room door didn't work. The car park light illuminated the room waking me up at 02.30 looking like the sun had risen. Staircase was very steep. Bathroom heating rail was filthy.

The ceiling leaking on the bed and floor.

L'unico punto a favore è stato l'accesso facile alla struttura: un codice apertura porta e la chiave della stanza nella serratura della camera. No check-in, no receptionist.

Albergo molto fatiscente, gli infissi delle porte e delle finestre rovinati, molto sporco: sul lavello in bagno c'erano dei peli, le pareti della doccia piene di macchie di sapone asciutto, le lenzuola umide ma sporche, abbiamo dovuto chiamare il gestore che ci ha detto di prendere altre lenzuola dalla camera accanto. Non si è visto nessuno alla ricezione dell'albergo fino alle 08:30 del mattino quando abbiamo lasciato la struttura. Il prezzo è esagerato in confronto alla qualità dei servizi, di sicuro non da 3 stelle, non vale nemmeno 1 stella e certamente non da listare su booking.

I have sent you countless messages to refund my money as I had to cancel the second night due to total disgusting conditions which I can back up with video evidence, please can someone (preferably human) at booking .com get in touch with me
