Some of it looked old but not well maintained

No staff on site, no restaurant no breakfast. One towel for a couple staying, looks like room we set up for students

En pleno mes de diciembre y con un frío infernal no había calefacción teníamos un calefactor mediocre, al segundo día de estancia no limpiaron la habitación, ni baño y tampoco hicieron la cama. Tuvimos que ir a comprar papel higiénico y una prolongación para que el calefactor llegará al baño.😡Ni tan siquiera acabamos la estancia, contratamos otro hotel

"Id stay again if needs must."

Room was OK Heating worked. Bed was comfy. Location was handy for Rugby. Water and Biscuits in the room were fantastic. Shower worked. Car park is tight but every night i got a spot.

Lights in the bathroom were poor only 1 / 3 worked. TV controller was hit and miss. Don't read the internet article on "The Carlton"- it says in has a fantastic restaurant and bar - many many years ago i'm guessing. Decorations in need of improvement.

Great location, room was clean, easy access, good communication from staff. Great place to stay if you're on a tight budget.

Place is a bit dated, windows rattle when heavy traffic passes. Very cold room.
