Very clean and comfortable. Everyone is kind and helpful. Also the Boss gave me a lot of Restaurants or ideas what to do in Hoi An.

Very good place near river . Staff's behaviour is very nice .

Everything, they arranged, cars, bikes, tours, v pleasant staff, great value, 5 minute walk along the seafront to Old Town

We were provided with a family room which was good but the superior twin room was not up to the mark.It was missing some of the basic necessities within the room.My parents were not so pleased with the room.Staff particularly Nhi is extremely good,speaks good English and helpful with whatever you need.The next day we had another receptionist who can’t speak English and comms was bit tough with her.Location of the property is also very nice and the staff go the extra mile to help you.

Everything was good here: nice and big room. Nice bathroom and furniture. The location is a short walk to the center on the river and where there is a night market with food. The owner speaks good English but the lady who is usually there not much so you have to use google translate

Breakfast was served but it was a bit expensive in comparison to the hotel rate, 105 vnd for full breakfast and an extra coffee when next door was 36 vnd No plug close to bed and nowhere to hang clothes or towels. It could have been useful to have some as I don’t know where to leave the towels hanging after showering

The owner of the hotel is very nice. She took care of us very well for transportation and the price is cheaper than grab. The room balcony’s view is gorgeous. Room is big enough just bed was too soft for me. Hot Shower is very good pressure and very clean room. Center of how an is about 10 min by walk but just straight riverside walk is very nice. Even they rent a bike and bicycle

Location

The room we stayed in was small for the price it is, bed was not comfortable, the toilet had no hangers, the door was not closing properly, and the shower had no curtains, so it was getting wet every time one would shower. The walls are not well isolate so you hear the other guests.

Great location - a 10 minute stroll along riverbank into the old town. The early checkin was very much appreciated after the overnighter from Nha Trang. Very spacious, clean, modern room with ground floor convenience. Great bathroom. Helpful owner with booking driver and connecting to facebook groups! Hoi An is a MUST! Very touristy - Very beautiful!

Modern clean room but musty! Perhaps the sealed doors and windows are not helping?? A litte confusion about BBQ, Kitchen, kettle, bicycle availability etc. Would be better if these were clarified/confirmed on booking so that questions do not arise as to what is really included in the booking!
