Luna Rossa Villa

We arrived and the host was not present. The staff did not speak a word of English had to use Google translate which was very challenging; we booked a 1 bed they put us in a 2 bdrm and made us move the next day as we were leaving for our outing. Communication was terrible practically abysmal. AC was not functioning properly it was very cold and could not adjust temperature, windows did not close properly, the 1bdrm (Rm303) bathroom had no shower curtain or door so when you’re showering the entire bathroom floor is wet! There was condensation in our (outside) bedroom door. Our friends stayed in the room next to us and there was mold on the wall. The host/owner really need to fix/clean it up before renting the rooms in that type of condition.

Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our girls trip weekend so special with balloons and all to celebrate my friend’s upcoming wedding! We even got upgraded to the balcony canal view room. Great location and clean, spacious room with great aircon and wifi. Highly recommend!

Location was good - 10 minutes from Old Town. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

They upgraded us to a better room, very spacious room, loved the shower and location was very good, we rented a moped of them to go about anyway

Great location, great breakfast, neat and clean.

Would have been great if we could have had brekkie earlier as 7.45 was the earliest. Otherwise everything was perfect.
