Luna Rossa Villa

Location was excellent, very close to the old town, by the river, but far enough not to have all the hustle and bustle of the centre under the window. We had problem with hot water one day, management sorted it out quickly for us. Excellent and quick response via WhatsApp used by the manager Nhi, she was very helpful, organised pick up from the airport for us too.

There is no soundproofing, so much so, that you hear every knock. However, other guests were quiet ones, luckily, so with pair of ear plugs we managed to sleep.

The room we booked did not smell nice, so we upgraded to a room with more windows and a balcony, all towards the street. The air-conditioning was not really working and did not smell nice, so we opened the door to the noisy street. Breakfast is nice, comfortable beds, laundry nextdoor, hot shower. Small swimming pool.

Great value for money. Near everything you need.

The room was clean and comfortable. Value for money. They did their best to accommodate early check-in. Helpful and nice people.

Great staff, they were super helpful. We had a problem with the shower in our room, but it was fixed almost immediately. We had a nice room with window on the 3rd floor. Was nice and good value for the money. We extended our stay because of the good location and nice service.

Rooms are not soundproof and unfortunately we had one night with very loud neighbors :( but even when the neighbors were just talking normal, we could still hear everything.

Selective Breakfast and Spacious Room. Walkable distance to all sight seeing. Lake view in front of the villa is too good. Worth for the money you pay.

The staff isn’t available 24X7 so in case you’re checking out early then you’d have to promptly inform them in advance. We checkout at 5am and no one responded for payment of laundry and room. After 10am, the owner harrowingly called us many times to clear the payment despite us reminding them multiple times in the morning Language barrier also there Rooms are okay but there is a weird smell Geyser is small so only gives hot water for 5mins. After that it takes time to reheat

My 2 nights staying here was so much pleasant & memorable. The Host was so much cordial & helpful Room facilities, view was super. The main key point is the location which is near by the old city & river front room.

People are exceptional, good, comfortable room, thanks a lot!
