"Pleasant stay"

Location was perfect, just a few metres away from the Night Market. We were upgraded to a bigger room for no extra charge. Good wifi, clean rooms, value for money

The host's responses could have been better; we checked if breakfast was offered, but it was ignored.

"Clean comfortable room but poor ambiance."

The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower and with good pressure. The wifi worked very well.

The check in process was slow and complicated. There is no receptionist at this Homestay. I had to check in via WhatsApp to communicate to the manager that I was at reception. She asked one of her staff to go to reception. The staff member did not speak English and we had to communicate via Google translate. The experience wasn’t very welcoming and it was like living in a “bubble”. The rooms are not soundproof and it would be a big problem if you had noisy neighbours.

"Place to stay at while in hoi an! Quiet but close to the nightlife!"

"Good"

The staff was kind enough to make us breakfast earlier than their normal hours, since we had a morning pick-up for a tour arranged. The room had a lovely view of the canal and a balcony.

The breakfast was ok, but not great. The lobby wasn’t staffed when we arrived, so we had to call the homestay‘s what‘s App number to find someone who could check us in.

Had an amazing stay at Luna Rosa Villa, location was perfect and just a 5-10 min walk in to the old town. The staff were lovely and helped us with all our queries. Room was a good size and had everything we needed during our stay.

"A Nice Stay"

The Property is well located within walking distance of all the tourist attractions yet away from all the crowd. The room was Immaculately clean with a good Aircon and clean bathroom and towels. Though the host was not there but the Caretaker lady took care of everything. She only speaks Vietnamese so need a translator. The room size is small , however as we had to stay only one night it was OK. Overall a nice saty
