Big room in a very good location. Small pool in a patio. Clean and cosy.

It would be easier if personell speak english, but google translate solved everything we need.

Confortable et calme, pas le bruit de la route, petite piscine et bon emplacement.

Il y a bien une télévision mais elle n'est reliée à rien du tout. On ne peut ni regarde netflix youtube ou les chaînes.

Tolle Lage

Leider gab es viel Baulärm, wofür die Unterkunft natürlich nichts kann. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, aber die Federn merkt man sehr deutlich. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, allerdings gab es keine Fernbedienung und deshalb nur eine Einstellung.

"Great stay near old town for short or long term"

Our family stayed for one month at Luna Rossa Villa. The housekeeper was our highlight. She was so thoughtful, kind and communicated with us so easily through WhatsApp. We had constant access to clean towels, toilet paper and free water. The housekeeper is a real asset to the Homestay and even though our room didn't include a working TV they actually bought one for us and installed it for the kids. We had a large room with a river view and it is very easy to walk into the old town.

As with many properties in Hoi An mould can be an issue. It will be important that the aircon units are cleaned more regularly.

It is very accessible since it is on the main road and right opp to the river

We stayed there for 2 days, the first day no breakfast was served. The bathroom door was jammed so it was an effort every time I had to use the washroom

Grosses Zimmer

Die Duschkabine war nicht dicht, sodass das Wasser ins Badezimmer lief, die Tür zum Bad ging nicht zu, die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen, und das Frühstück teilweise nicht, was wir bestellt hatten, kalt und nicht durchgegart.

- Gute Lage, nur ca. 10 Minuten bis in die Altstadt - Etwas außerhalb vom Trubel, daher ruhiger gelegen - Sauberer Pool - Nettes und freundliches Personal

- Sehr hellhöriges Haus (zusätzlich Baustelle nebenan) - Sehr ungemütliche Betten – jede einzelne Feder spürbar

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, just off the Old Town, nice building. Very good value for money.

The room was a bit tiny for a family of 3. The shower tap leaks, generally some maintenance needed.
