Was expecting to eat in the restaurant was told on check in that we had the choice of two, only to find out the Bar was the only option on the Sunday, I would have like to have been able to order a stake that even the most basic pub can do, frankly the bar menu was not great.

The bathroom shower was disappointing as you had to avoid hitting the shower glass when you entered the room each time.

Platinum Plus Membership – Accor I recently stayed at Pullman Melbourne Albert Park using my Platinum Plus membership, and it was a fantastic experience. I received a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious room on level 9, which included a mini bar and access to breakfast. The room was massive, with a beautiful view overlooking Albert Park and the lake. As part of the membership benefits, I was also welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and canapés, which made the stay feel extra special. Considering all the inclusions, the price was very reasonable. The staff are always friendly and welcoming every time I visit. Their warm hospitality truly makes a difference and keeps me coming back.
