Good location, easy to get to the city, clean, Staff was welcoming…

The only thing we didnt like was that the room was cold even though we turned the heating to maximum.

There was mould in the bathroom above the shower and there was no QR code to have breakfast in the room and the staff were not helpful on this matter and she hung up on me when I was trying to get help. I was just told over and over it should be there when it wasn’t.
