Recepção e Checkin, fui acomodado em um quarto sem janela, diferente das fotos que aparecem no Booking, além de bem menor. Ao solicitar reacomodação, disseram que somente seria possível mediante pagamento adicional.

Spent 4 nights here on a trip to Madrid. Got a good rate and upgrade due to my Marriott status so that set the tone for my stay. Did not opt for daily breakfast as part of my room rate but did have it one day and took advantage of the generous offerings. Yogurt with fresh fruit, hot dishes including eggs and they had espresso drinks. Really could not think of anything missing. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything. My room was very quiet even though it faced the grand via. Good sound proofing. The bed was extremely comfortable with good selection of pillow firmnesses to choose from. There are two parts to the hotel. One facing the grand via and one facing the st. with the entrance. Both look fine but I think the ones facing the St. with the entrance seemed bigger with real bathrooms and desks. My room was great not huge but well laid out. The bathroom was sort of deconstructed which worked fine for me. It also had a fridge and table+ottoman so I could eat in the room if I wanted to. There is also a washer/dryer in the hotel you can use for 10euro a load which came in handy. There were a couple of drawbacks to this hotel, one of which l is that it did not have a restaurant on site. There are a number close by but I would have liked to just pop down for a bite without leaving the hotel. It is close to a grocery store so I ended up hitting that up a few times. Another down side was the pool terrance was not open. I had researched this and saw guidance it is open starting in May but when I asked they said they only open it when the temperatures get hot. This was a bummer since one of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the pool. But to be fair it was not super warm and I would have likely not sat by the pool as I had planned. The other quirky thing which I think is a me thing is I don't like when the lights turn off in the corridors. I know it saves energy but it's kind of creepy. I think that only happens in the section facing the grand via. Over all a good choice. Not super high end but really modern/well maintained and nice for the price and location.

El servicio de todo el staff, muy buenas personas y muy bien preparados. Las instalaciones son modernas y con muy buena limpieza. Excelente gimnasio y buen desayuno bufet.

Los baños integrados al dormitorio podrían restar privacidad e incomodar a algunas personas, aunque es útil que la ducha y el inodoro estén en espacios separados en caso de que las personas se quieran o tengan que alistar al mismo tiempo.

Buena ubicación, buena relación precio calidad, limpio.

Uno de nuestros cuartos estaba con el aire acondicionado que no se pudo apagar, estaba helado. Informamos 2 veces pero no lo pudieron corregir.
