Great location, very close to shopping malls, restaurants, everything is at a walkable distance. The hotel itself is really amazing and great layout with comfy bed and spacious bathroom! Friendly staff and great service.

It an opinion and preference based, since the area can get busy sometimes, it can get quite noisy if your room faces the roadside. All the other benefits from this hotel overcome this so, it is a great hotel choice.

We just returned from a stay at this hotel- we were there at the beginning of our trip to Madrid and then returned after attending a wedding in Toledo. The king rooms were more spacious than the typical European hotel rooms equipped with sufficient outlets, comfortable accommodations and a wonderful shower. The twin rooms were a bit small - more typical of European rooms but still comfortable for our adult children. The staff were very helpful making recommendations for meals as well as providing directions to sites and arranging transportation as needed. I had spoken to Alvaro before arrival and he was on duty when we got to the hotel. He and his other front desk colleagues were wonderful to deal with. Great location - highly recommend.

As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, I truly appreciated the room upgrade and the fact that our room was ready as early as 1:30 PM. The room itself was clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view, which made our stay even more special. We were also delighted by the thoughtful welcome amenities for our wedding anniversary, including the lovely bottle of drinks and dessert. The Aloft welcome book was a particularly memorable touch — the personalized notes and daily recommendations clearly reflected the effort and care your team put into creating a unique guest experience. We especially loved that detail. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety and freshness of the offerings were excellent, and it was a pleasant surprise to have breakfast included for Platinum members. The breakfast staff were attentive and welcoming, and I would like to give a special mention to Ankla for her friendliness and warm hospitality. Additionally, the hotel’s central location made everything incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining options, shops, and metro stations just steps away. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to return in the future. Thank you once again for your outstanding service and attention to detail.
