Hanchey Bamboo Resort

Fresh air and quiet area. Swimming pool and bamboo design restaurant. A little bit Mekong River view from the restaurant.

1. No wifi in bedroom. Only Wifi in restaurant is weak. First night Wifi was totally out of service due to raining according to their staff. 2.Mosquito net is small and cannot properly cover the bed and the net keep dropping to our face. Mosquito bite & many insects at night. 3.Solar light in the garden and walkway was not enough. Very dark and scary to walk at night or go outside. 4. Signboard was small and unnoticeable , entrance main road was dirty and smelly caused by a cow farm. 5. Lack of facilities, Yoga class No teacher, pool bar was abandoned. No one can teach children to make coffee as mentioned in their booklets. Children feel bored stay here. 6. No breakfast provided as isolated resort. If they can provide Free 3 in 1 coffee in the restaurant i think guest also happy , menu choices are little and costly.

le lieux est magnifique, c'est apaisant, on se sent en pleine nature jusque dans les belles lodges , pour autant elles assurent tout le confort qu'il faut on y mange très bien, le personnel a été plus qu'adorable et on a également pu profiter de la piscine.

Tout. L’emplacement en retrait mais sublime avec une très belle vue sur le Mékong. Le staff qui était au petit soin avec nous. L’organisation de nos sorties. Très grande chambre avec une moustiquaire qui était très appréciable. L’endroit est un écrin de verdure avec pleins de papillons. Le restaurant reste correct mais sans plus. Merci, merci pour votre bienveillance avec vos clients. J’ai apprécié le Cambodge pour cela dans tous les hôtels que nous avons fait.

Le lit, trop dur. Le dos en prends un coup.

The pool was not clean and the frogs went to swim inside. But we enjoyed anyway.

C'est un endroit très relaxant avec de jolis bungalows sur un emplacement magnifique face au Mékong. Le personnel est attentionné et parle anglais. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Case exotique en bambou, très jolie

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre et surtout des chiens qui ont aboyé juste à côté du bungalow dès 5h du matin.
