"Gammeldags hotell med røyklukt."

Hyggelig personale. Fin resepsjon og bra fellesområder. Gratis parkering.

Rommet var ikke klart. Det manglet håndklær og sengetøy for person nummer 3. Dårlige og gamle treningsapparater. Dårlig frokost. Røyklukt på rommet og treningsrommet. Booking opplyste at rommet / suiten var 61 kvm, men det var knapt 30 kvm.

"Exceptional"

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I was traveling with my dog and they are pet friendly. My room had easy access to outside which came in handy when my dog needed to go out in the middle of the night. They have a pretty nice breakfast too.

Breakfast was great, would have been nice to see bacon instead of 2 different types of sausage. Worker was lovely and helped us alot with pancake machine.

"Unpleasant"

Nothing! I had a booking and they claimed i didnt. I even showed them my confirmation and my app showing my booking was valid. They wanted to make a new one and charge me more money and demanded I cancel my booking . I would have been charged 356 had I canceled. Then they refused to check us in. So we found another accommodation. They have been trying to charge my card ever since and multiple times a day even tho we didnt stay there AFTER they refused to check us in and refused to honor our original booking
