Bentinck Apartments

The flat was very comfortable and in a great position. We loved how close we were to the city centre and how easy it was to walk/use pubic transport to move around.

A minor issue, but the TV remote control didn't work properly

Would be ideal for youngsters just looking for somewhere to sleep. Excellent bus service with bus stops just around the corner, Excellent proximity for the city centre. The soaps in the bathroom and washing up liquid and cloths in the kitchen were a lovely touch.

Only two windows in the apartment, a skylight over the bed and a window in the lounge. Both the kitchenette and the bathroom were reliant on artificial light and extractor fans. The cushions on the sofa could do with a wash and we had to wash kitchen utensils before we used them. Could definitely have done without the four flights of stairs.

Close to good eating places, supermarket and bus stops. Quiet road. Good shower. Ok for our 3 nights.

Could hear neighbours. Flat got very warm being at the top of the house. No fan. Furniture a bit sad. Very minimal self catering equipment.

I really like the layout of the apartment and the night time staff onsite were amazing as they had to kept letting me in after my smoke breaks and they were so accommodating.

The outside area can be a little bit noisy at night but you have no control over that. An excellent stay as always!

Tidy apt, plenty of water and off street parking

it was very clean and spacious, easy to find and very close to the city centre!

we found it very warm from time to time, even with windows open.

I love the set up of the apartment and the massive bed was a joy to get back to after a long night out in Newcastle. The night time staff were also very accommodating and friendly so a very good experience all round.

The area is a bit noisy at night but that can't be helped. There wasn't anything i disliked about the apartment, facilities or staff!
