Bentinck Apartments

Location was ideal. Smooth check in & check out process. Clean and adequate facilities.

Members of our party did complain about the comfort of the beds.

Very clean & good facilities (kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave etc.). Cold when we got there but quickly warmed up quickly once we put the heating on. 5 parking spots belonging to the apartment & 2 from (empty) business next door. 15 minute walk into city centre.

Not the most salubrious area but didn’t feel unsafe.

I couldn’t fault a single thing! We will certainly stay again if we are in the area.

Everything we needed was in the apartment and was clean and ready to use.

The bed was seriously uncomfortable was expecting a double bed not two singles pushed together. Could feel the edges of the two single frames through down the center of t he mattresses.

The apartment was spacious, with a good-sized bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen/living. The on site car parking out the front.

The bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel every spring in the mattress. Needs to be replaced. We were on the top floor, which meant several flights of steps with luggage. It also meant sloping ceilings in the rooms, and risk of bashing your head, which I did quite successfully! The hair-dryer didn't work, so I had to go out for the day with damp hair. Not happy. I called the number provided and got no response. Not even now, days later, no one has bothered to apologise. There was no tea towel provided. How are you meant to use a kitchen without a tea towel?

Easy to find and parking was ideal. Not far from amenities either.
