A fantastic apartment set in a stunning building located perfectly to enjoy Palermo. Manlio, our host, was extremely welcoming and gave us some fantastic tips on where to visit, eat and enjoy an aperitivo, he couldn't have done more. The breakfast was really, really plentiful and tasty, and the room itself was very comfortable with a nice little balcony. We didn't find a problem at all with the bathroom being located outside the room, it's private and very luxurious. Thank you Manlio.

Manlio is an amazing host. Took the time to go over the city attractions and local cuisine. Breakfasts were great, all delicious and with healthy options.. Highly recommended, very charm place. Location was great, very close to central station, restaurants, stores.

This was one of my best experiences in traveling accommodation. An amazing combination of great taste and esthetics, cleanliness, all facilities’ usage algorithms being well thought through, the feeling of living at home, the fantastic location, and most of all, Manilo, the host who runs the place.

Very helpful and friendly host who speaks good French and English. Very good communication on arrival, excellent information about Palermo. Helped to carry heavy suitcase up and down. Fresh fruit salad and orange juice for breakfast. Only a few yards from town centre, railway station and bus terminal. Room in a nice historical building from the 18th century. We felt very safe in the environment.

The room is on the second floor of an nice building but over 60 steps can be hard if you are old. The room should have comfortable seats. The only "window" is an opaque glass door, you cannot look out of it at all. The passage in front of it gives access to a dark, closed inner court. You cannot air the room by opening the glass door because other occupants of the house use the passage in front to get to their own rooms. The doors of the flat are very narrow and the shower is really small, so if you are overweight you will get a problem.
