"Ideal para encontrar paz y desconectarse del mundo."

El desayuno fue abundante, con fruta y jugo fresco y natural. En la noche se quemó la bomba de agua y sufrimos un poco con el baño, pero las instalaciones son preciosas y muy tranquilas.

El café, estaba un poco quemado.

"6 days went by and still no call back."

Staff

We were left alone in the property staff left at 5pm it was scary . I accidentally booked for 2 different days and the property never called me back. I tried canceling online and there’s a fee for that. When it says free cancellation.

The property is beautiful, charming, and very comfortable. It truly feels like staying in a summer home rather than a traditional hotel. The staff was extremely kind, warm, and welcoming, and made us feel genuinely taken care of. A detail we really appreciated was their flexibility. Since the hotel was empty from Sunday to Monday and we were attending a wedding in Malinalco, they kindly allowed us to stay until around 2:00 pm and continue enjoying the pool, which was a wonderful gesture. The atmosphere is peaceful, the common areas are lovely, and everything feels thoughtfully curated. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced

The bed is quite firm and the sheets are not of high quality, which may affect comfort for some guests. The hotel does not have air conditioning; this was not an issue in November, but it could be uncomfortable during warmer months. Also, while the listing states “breakfast included,” this only covers bread and fruit. Any additional breakfast items must be paid separately. The prices are fair, but the description could be clear

El servicio y desayuno deliciosos, el lugar muy bonito. Los alimentos muy bien preparados y servidos.

Todo está en buenas condiciones y de limpieza, con ameneties de calidad. El lugar decorado con muy buen gusto.
