The only think that they can improve, it is that is only one garbash containers in the room, very small The swimming pool doesn’t have a heated state

Location & views.

The energy of the place felt as if it was an old family house where they decided to convert it into a hotel without really doing the adjustments needed to be a professional hotel.

All the place is beautiful and is pet friendly!. My dog was happy and enjoyed play in the garden.

Location near highway. The room was very clean. Very good shampoo.

The #1 problem was that I wanted to leave at 7:30am, but there was NOBODY around the whole house/hotel to open the parking lot gate and let me out! One hour later, the first hotel employee showed up and went searching for the key. 2. Very hard mattress. 3. Towels were old and dingy looking, poor shower water pressure. 4. No T.V. or Internet service offered. 5. No coffee or food was available in the morning. 6. The hotel had not been cleaned after an evening party by the next morning. I expected a lot more for the price. Medium/small town hotels in Mexico are usually cheaper, especially for this quality. For reference, "Las Mañanitas" (a super luxurious hacienda hotel in Cuernavaca) is only about $40 USD more per night, is in perfect condition, has a fabulous restaurant and great amenities, and has excellent 24/7 service.

Beautiful landscaping including wonderful swimming pool at perfect temperature, lovely artistic buildings, warm gracious helpful staff. We especially appreciated the services of Cecy who very patient and attentive to our needs.

Somewhat noisy because we happened to be there during a major celebration at a nearby church. But I cannot deny that the church celebrations were also a splendid part of visiting Mexico.

The place is an oasis, celestial, wonderful people at your service, super comfortable and inviting room, great pool and truly the best food in town.

I can't think of a thing except perhaps it's not the best vista in town. But it's a close enough walk to town, down and back up a hill, that it's all cool.
