Great location close to multiple mini markets, buses and start of 28E tram. Safe, quiet Lisbon neighbourhood. Amazing decor, artwork and furniture. Very well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle and microwave.

There were only 3 coffee mugs and 1 cereal bowl despite there being 10 big plates, 10 small plates, 10 drinking glasses and 10 sets of cutlery. Strange unbalance that meant we had to keep rinsing and reusing same ones. Suggest buying some more mugs and bowls.

This apartment is very spacious with 2 separate big bedrooms and a big living-room and a separate kitchen. I really liked its decoration. It' s close to the city center, you can walk , go by 28 tram or Uber/bolt (4-5 EUR). I would stay there again.

On the whole we liked this place a lot. But to be fair I will add some small disadvantages: although the area is nice, houses and flats in this particular street are very old and neglected. You can also hear the noise of landing planes. But at the same time you can also be woken up by a rooster😉

Good proce and good location. Big appartment.

This apartment was great for our stay in Lisbon. Very cozy, clean and comfortable. Super close to Tram 28 and being the first stop we always managed to get a seat. Supermarkets and food markets close by. It’s a little far out of the main areas of Lisbon but Ubers were very cheap, so no issues. As others mentioned there is a large damp stain on the ceiling in the lounge room which would be nice to have fixed, but besides that the apartment was great value for money and we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Nothing to dislike about the property. The location is a little worrying at first but then you realise it’s just a small village. Very cheap to get into Lisbon town in an Uber. Roughly €5

Accomodation looks good but but signs of use are already visible.

When we arrive inside of appartment was cold. We must heat by air-condition (december).

The apartment is nice, has absolutely everything one might need and even more. Spotless clean and there were 2 large bottles of water, tea and coffee waiting for us.

Bad staff coordination when receiving guests. Had to wait for 3 hours to check in to our apartment as some other guests were late on the other side of the city and as there was only one person to accommodate us all, we had to wait for something we paid for starting at certain hour. As there is nothing next door nor in our area, except cemetery (!), no coffee shops, no restaurants, we had to drag our bags for 500m both ways. Nobody offered any compensation or at least some sympathy, on a contrary, the host was actually quite unpleasant when she finally arrived. When we asked if we could leave our bags in the apt for just couple of more hours on the day of the departure, nobody even bothered to reply to our msg. Very disappointing.
