The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable with all details thought of.

There's no lift so be prepared to lug your suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. But the biggest issue is the location. It's in a little cul-de-sac that has groups of not so friendly boys loitering around. We were nervous walking back at night but daytime was fine. Beyond that cul de sac it feels very safe and is a 15min walk to the campo de ourique which has lots of cafes and a fab mercado.

The apartment was very beautiful and comfortable for two couples.

The location was a bit dodgy. The check in wasn’t very convenient, because they appoint a time for the check in whether it’s convenient for you or not. We arrived at the airport of Lisbon at 16.30 and we had to do the check in at 17.30. We tried to be at that time but we arrived at 18.00 and we had to wait for the check in lady till 18.30.

We liked the most the design and equipment. We had everything we needed.

Unfortunately, the appartment is located in very dirty area, in very old building with big cockroaches (live and death) on the stairs. We even found one big cockroach in the bathroom. Shocking experience.

Apartment is very comfortable And clean. The neighborhood is excellent and artsy but also you need to be ready for a different type of neighborhood experience.

Loved the space, the washing machine and cooking facilities, the aircon was great.

Upon check in our lady was great and helpful especially as we needed an extra towel but also said it was our fault her phone was frozen after we tried to call her on whatsapp. It was a peculiar situation.

The apartment was roomy and I liked all the windows.

it was a proper flat to stay more than four nights. the flat was as same as the photos. it has beautiful interior and good quality furniture. you can get enough sunlights anytime of the day.

At the beginning the check-in was very poorly organised. On the website it is stated that the check in time is from 16h, which is quite late comparing to other accommodations in my opinion. A day before our arrival we received a contact of a check-in person. I gave her an approximate time when we will be there which was 16:30, Then she refused to check-in us at that time cus she has other check-ins and we have to wait till 18:30! We gave the accommodation the arrival time a week ago but due to a train strike our arrival time had to be changed. Still we let them know the new arrival time a day before. The way she replied was also not very welcoming. Not only that, the fact paying the same amount of money for the flat and we gotta wait due to other guests was not fair at all. We insisted and were able to check-in at the time we wished. But the person who received us were stressing us out that she has other check-ins and saying we should’ve waited till 18h. it was not our problem but hers but she made us feel responsible for it. Even though the flat was nicely prepared and stuff, her reception was one of the weirdest I have ever experienced. The shower got a big problem during our whole stay. The drainer was not working at all so the shower booth were filling with the water after just two minutes starting the shower and was impossible to continue without standing at the shower waiting the water drains somehow. Then the water leaked to the bathroom floor when you try to get out. The worst part is that no one ever answered nor tried to fix this problem even though I tried every possible method to contact the accommodation which made everyone so upset. you only get the message after 24hours like „sorry for the delay. do you still has this problem?“ or „we will check if we can send someone to check“ which never happens.

The apartment was lovely inside and a fabulous size. We loved that it was within walking distance to tram 28 and the bus stop. Campo de Ourique market was also within walking distance and the food there is fantastic ! Property also about 1,5km walk to the LX factory.

It wasn’t close to the city center so we needed to take a tram / bus in every time. The surrounding area appeared a bit dodgy, but it was actually very safe . Our welcome was extremely disappointing . We found her rude and very unfriendly.
