Very nice, indoor pool and fitness center were nice. Didn’t have the breakfast (not sure if it’s free) due to the holidays. I love the bed. Sooo comfortable. Best sleep I’ve had in yrs.

"Groups do not stay here!!!"

Groups: do not stay here!!! They have a strict policy of no outside food or drink in the lobby or any common area. They were extremely rude about it and threatened to have us removed from the property. We were in town for a sports tournament and families wanted to gather to have pizza after the game but it was not allowed. They have a very large lobby space designed for gathering. We understood not having drinks or food in their designated bar space, but the other common areas were also off limits. When we questioned not a single common area, they created a flyer and posted it. They claim because there aren’t walls around the bar area, that their liquor license and food requirements extend to all common areas of the hotel. Including the outdoor patio which was separated by walls? Hallways or any other common space. We’ve never experienced a hotel that doesn’t let you eat or drink anything in the common spaces (including a family that had Dr Peppers that they asked to leave the space).

"HORRIBLE!!!!"

NOTHING!

We checked in on the 25th of September and we were told they did not have our reservation. I showed them confirmation e-mails and they still could not find our reservation. They did not offer us another room, so we left. We made another reservation at a different hotel, non-refundable. Holiday Inn then called & said they had found our reservation, I explained we had already made a new reservation and would not stay at their hotel. We were charged anyway!!!! This was NOT our fault. We were there & tried to check in. I will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn again.
