"Excellent"

The hotel was adequate and served our purpose. It was very close to tram lines serving all parts of the city. The staff were very friendly and the rooms very clean and functional, if small. The surrounding area had few services. The hotel dining room was not operating much of the time we were there.

L’accueil classique mais du personnel un peu perdu, il semblerait que ce soit leur premier jour… Par contre, la personne qui s’occupait de l’hôtel la nuit était vraiment au top! Humour, disponibilité…

Chambre très bien . Mais problème pour le petit déjeuner. Aucune anticipation pour le réapprovisionnement du pain , des croissants de la charcuterie…. Équipe trop vite débordée

"Petit déjeuner folklorique"

Le petit déjeuner du dernier jour a été épique. La cuisinière s'en ai pris à la demoiselle de salle pour se plaindre du fait qu'elle a trop de travail. Comme si c'était sa faute. Tout les clients qui souhaite prendre leur petit déjeuner dans le calme ont été servi. On se serait cru sur le vieux port de Marseille, à la criée. Une vrai poissonnière !!!
