The apartment was clean, very well equipped, spacious and just overall it worked really well. The location is perfect, close to everything and many nice restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, grocery store just a few minutes walk away. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

Airy and large apartment with loads of space. The apartment is in an area with great restaurants, a few supermarkets and close to bus stops. The space was great for our family and the amenities perfect.

The apartment was perfect. Loved that we had a bathroom each! Location was also very convenient for exploring beautiful Bologna on foot. Host exceptionally helpful

Not so keen on climbing all those stairs..if only we were 20 years younger! A lift would have made the stay beyond perfect!

Flexibility in check out timing

2 bathrooms which is nice for a 3 people apartment but we couldn’t take shower at the same time otherwise no hot water Was a bit cold because of the hitting system set up Whole process to register and access the apartment a bit too time consuming (check in in a website, call to confirm identity whereas ids provided and paiement already done, need to download an app to unlock the door). Would need simplification here !
