We had a view of the wall , we had several flights of stairs the lift would only fit one person, the sign to find our room was a bit confusing ,my mum prefers a decaf tea and only decaf coffee available.
GBIt looks beautiful on add but absolute dump like shameless inside so many migrants and chaos smoking outside very noisy staff very nosey plus extra for parking

no idea how to get to pool so never bothered and i would never ask where it is,have it signposted from reception.no parking when arrived.the smell that came in room from quadrangle when window open,clean and paint this area so it doesnt smell.

Paid parking a bit of a joke. Beds extremely uncomfortable - can feel the wood beneath you. Staff have absolutely no interest in quality of sleep. People running around the corridors directly outside room screaming and shouting until late at night, clearly could be heard from staff but absolutely no intervention. Had to deal with it myself. Worst few nights sleep i've ever had.
