I couldn't get into bed without it flying across the room, couldn't sleep with window open as it rattled the ceiling tiles and kept me awake, there was stains on the towels and bedding, and the room was very disappointing not as shown on booking.com and I was told mine was an upgrade

PARKING terrible experience when arrived car park full.Been told on the reception to park on restricted yellow lines!!I was assured in case of fined it will be revoked as I did not want to use the parking spot assigned by reception.Within 14 days I have received 100£ pounds ticket for parking.When trying to communicate with hotel to remind them that what I was told and asked them to sort out the ticket 10 days of conversation leads nowhere
