"short family break in a quite location."

The property is beautifully done. It has a small pool, perfect for cooling off in. Anna was helpful where ever she could be. nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this property.

The villa is nice decorated. The airconditioning in the bedroom is very silent. The location is excellent: 5 minutes walk distance from the ferry and train station that leads to beautiful places as Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna, Belano and Bergamo.

"Perfect stay for family stay."

Super host! Anna is a star! Rooms are big and comfortable. Pool was very nice. The best pizza restaurant 3 min walking. Great tradicional gelato 4 min walking.

Location is great, host amazing, appartment perfect, facilities just as expected, pool was great, sunbeds and outside furniture was ideal for all of us (us and the other families). Anna was great and always available and willing to chat and offer advice on places to go

"Long weekend by the Como Lake"

the apartment was clean and spacious, nicely renovated and located in a great location; very tranquil and relaxing neighbourhood, pool area

not issues as such but a few improvement ideas:) would welcome dark curtains for night as there was light coming in from the exterior light of the other apartment which was on during the night; coffee capsules (or at least info on booking that there is a Nespresso compatible machine so one could bring their own capsules) and perhaps more kitchen utensils (missed e.g. a cutting board, big knife)

The apartment was very clean & nicely decorated. Although on the first floor it was great to have a balcony. The plunge pool was brilliant to have as a facility too. And Anna was a welcoming, friendly & really helpful hostess, booking us taxis, making recommendations for places to eat & things to do in the area!

"Goed verblijf"

Goed verblijf. Beetje gehorig wanneer je een appartement onder hebt. Klein maar fijn zwembadje. Parkeren kan op het terrein. Enige minpuntje is de schoonmaakkosten die we met uitchecken nog moesten betalen. Dit terwijl met boeken stond dat dit incl was, hier is verder niet duidelijk over gecommuniceerd.

"Exceptional"

The apartment was so clean and it was the perfect size for 2 people. The owner Anna is absolutely fabulous and was so helpful she really made our stay in como fantastic. Everything felt high quality and very new. The pool was lovely, again very clean and was a great addition to have. We will definitely be returning, thank you for having us.
