the location, it was really easy to access to the airport. Room was really clean, the morning buffet was rally tasty, especially I enjpyed filipino foods. conviniense stores, cafes and restaurants are very close is relly helpful.

This is an excellent place to stay. I guarantee that you have not had breakfast like this before. Each morning, a beautiful spread of foods from around the region.

Poor customer service. They are trying to be a Hilton or Sheraton but you’re not there. Facilities, finishes, fixtures need replacement and use quality products instead of cheap construction materials that won’t last,like the tiles in the swimming pool 80% are chipped. The phone in the room rings then doesn’t work. The bathroom has poor ventilation so it has a musky/moldy smell. Breakfast Food is 4/10. Customer service is poor, you need to set a standard and be consistent. The only good thing on this hotel is the bellman and security who are very helpful. I also booked via Agoda and chose the room with breakfast, then when I checked they acknowledged I had breakfast then on my 3rd day I was constantly being harassed to pay breakfast. I showed my Agoda reservation and the front desk, supervisor, manager still didn’t budge and told me to contact agoda. I tried to contact Agoda but I was told to contact the hotel. If the hotel will offer breakfast with the rate then honor it. So disappointed because I expected a lot especially after seeing the good reviews and found out that this is an Ayala property, I always admire Ayala development but on this hotel Ayala dissapoints. Dont stay in this hotel.

The amenities and room cleanliness exceeded expectations, especially considering the price.

Professional and hospitable staff, and the room was clean and comfortable. One area for improvement would be the breakfast buffet selection—since we stayed for 3 nights, the food choices were almost the same each day, and more variety would have made the experience even better. I also wish the extra charges had been explained more clearly upon booking/check-in. I was under the impression that the extra bed charge would only apply for 1 night, so I was surprised to see it charged for 2 nights. Greater transparency on additional fees would help avoid confusion. Overall, the staff were very welcoming, and despite this concern, I would still recommend staying here.

Very good in many aspects. Staff, spacious rooms, location, rooftop, pool. Will be back
