Dogs and cats of all sizes are welcome to stay overnight with their owners in One-Bedroom to Three-Bedroom apartments. Avail of the Paw Package for your pet, which includes pet bed & bowl set up, plus complimentary welcome treats and toy at Php 2,500 net per pet/night. A breakfast surcharge of 50% discount from the regular breakfast buffet rate applies for children aged 6–12 years. Children aged 0–12 years can stay free of charge. Please note that starting October 13, 2025, the main driveway of Ayala North Exchange building where Seda Residences Makati is located, will undergo essential renovation to enhance and improve our facilities. The usual ground floor drop-off point is temporarily closed. Your vehicle drop-off and pick-up point is now at the Basement 3 (B3) Lobby of Seda Residences – the same level as the hotel parking area. For your convenience, the map detailing the alternate B3 drop-off location and the route to the hotel lobby is enclosed. Our team is ready to guide you immediately upon your arrival at B3. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
