Seda Residences Makati

I had a very pleasant stay at Seda Residences Makati. The location is excellent, situated in the heart of Makati with easy access to restaurants, malls, and business establishments. The atmosphere was welcoming, modern, and relaxing throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights, offering a good variety of local and international dishes to suit different tastes. The hotel provided great value for money considering its location, facilities, and overall quality. Cleanliness was impressive, with both the room and common areas kept spotless. Noise levels were minimal, allowing for a comfortable and restful sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. Amenities such as the pool, gym, and dining facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers visiting Makati.

Overall, Seda Residences is still a great value-for-money option because of its excellent location. It is conveniently near Ayala North Exchange, which gives guests easy access to many great restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable. The bed size was excellent, and the duvets were clean and in very good condition, which made the stay more relaxing overall. Sleep quality could have been better, but it was still decent and manageable. There are, however, a few areas that could use improvement. The kitchen setup felt a bit lacking and would benefit from more equipment and utensils for longer stays. The bathroom also needed a few more rugs or mats for added comfort and convenience. I also noticed some hidden dirt in the crannies of the couch, and the air-conditioning system was slightly difficult to adjust at first, although still manageable once figured out. As for dining, the restaurant pricing was not particularly attractive considering the many nearby dining alternatives around the area. That said, the café did have a few genuinely delectable dishes. It would be even better if they expanded the menu further by offering more pasta dishes and sandwiches to make in-house dining more appealing for guests. Despite a few shortcomings, the stay was still generally pleasant because of the spacious rooms, convenient location, and some very accommodating staff members. Overall, I would rate Seda Residences 4 out of 5 stars and hope they continue improving their service and facilities even further.

Breakfast was good but needs a little improvement on the menu. First day, I got no teaspoon for my coffee, the tinapa was hard and dry. Second day, the hostess was nice. She asked me where I prefer to seat. And, I loved the champorado much.

Whenever i have a business trip in Makati, I would always book at this hotel as aside from the close proximity to our office, the service here is exceptional. The rooms are clean and well-kept.
