"Would stay again."

Very nice room - very clean and quite modern compared to the rest of the hotel. Friendly staff - very helpful and close to Applebees which has great happy hour specials

A bit run down in common areas but still overall good value.

"Great Service"

We were in town for the I500 snowmobile race, we had booked through Hotels.com but they booked us in Sault Ste. Marie ONTARIO CANADA! We thought for sure we would just have to turn around and head home after a 6 hour drive, but the front desk got the manager Shiela and she was able to book us a room and got us taken care of quickly. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable! Since it was a party weekend we thought that there would be a lot of noise to deal with but they allowed guest to play cards and such in the lobby so the noise did not travel to the rooms. The pool and sauna were nice! We had free shuttle to the casino that was available to us. We were next to shopping and restaurants. Overall what could have turned out to be a disaster was a great weekend, we will be back for sure next year!

"Overall good stay except for pool and hot tub needs to be updated badly"

Rooms were great, breakfast was good, lots of selection!

The pool is not great!!! Chipping off bottom of pool!! My grandson and nieces had cut their feet on it and they were bleeding. The hot tub doesn’t have much power at all even on highest setting
