"Did what we needed"

We liked the size of the room. The bed was comfortable, and we liked that the toilet was higher than the standard toilet. The location was also good for us.

It seemed that we could hear most of the noise outside of our room. Any time there was anyone in the hallway remotely close to our room we could hear them. Also the room above us must have been inhabited by the cast of Stomp, or a roller blading team-very noisy. The hot tub, while warm, did not have very strong jets.

Easy location and ample parking; extremely friendly and helpful staff; very clean room and bathroom; good breakfast to start the day.

The room, hallway & stairways floor carpetings in contrast to the updated room are in dire need of replacement, especially the stairs. I stayed 3 nights and not once the trash was picked up in the room nor in the stair ways trash cans that were overflowing.

"Will not EVER go back."

Location

The hot tub was an awful color and smelled. The night staff closed the pool early and stood at the door with her hands in her hips making sure everyone was getting out. Also told us and others in the pool that there were no more towels. The breakfast was basically bread and a small amount of eggs. We also originally booked the wrong date, they wouldn’t allow us to change the dates and haven’t refunded us for the first reservation so far. Still waiting for them to approve it after it was denied.

"Nuthin' Fancy"

Nothing fancy. Friendly service. Get what you pay for. My only complaint is that they don't have the patio doors on the ground floor. Buffalo wild wings just across the parking lot. So food and beer nearby.

Convenience of location.

People in room next door were loud, drunk? Lots of big bangs. Big bang in hall at 3:00 a.m. Woke us up! Pillows leave alot to be desired.
